Contribute directly to your patients' continuity.

Recavora gives clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals a structured, auditable channel to deliver records and imaging directly to patients — with consent, without complex integrations, and with a permanent delivery record on both sides.

Overview

Every record you contribute stays with the patient.

Most provider portals are built around the organization's workflow. The records live there, in a system the patient may visit once and never return to.

Recavora is different. When your clinic or lab contributes to a patient's Recavora profile, that record becomes part of their lifelong continuity record — organized alongside their full history, searchable, and ready to share with their next provider. Not stranded in a portal. Not lost at the next transition.

That's the difference between contributing a file and contributing to continuity.

Workspaces

Built for clinics, labs, and professionals

Clinic workspace

Verified clinics get a dedicated workspace for managing patient record deliveries. Contribute consultation notes, results, and other documents directly to patient profiles through Recavora's continuity inbox. Track delivery history and contribution audit logs.

Laboratory workspace

Verified labs can upload and deliver imaging studies and results directly to patient imaging inboxes. Patients accept each delivery — so everything is patient-authorized and audited. No discs. No waiting rooms.

Professional workspace

Individual verified professionals — doctors, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, radiologists — get a professional workspace with an inbox for patient-authorized contributions and a certification management area for tracking renewals and continuity programs.

Reviewer portal

Verified independent professionals can accept imaging review requests from patients, view the authorized study, and submit a formal review report — all within a scoped reviewer workspace. The patient controls the request. The reviewer controls the report.

Contribution flow

From delivery to patient record

  1. 1

    Your organization gets verified

Clinics, labs, and employers complete Recavora's entity verification process. Once verified, you get access to your organization's workspace.

  2. 2

    Patient authorizes receipt

Patients can configure trusted senders in their settings — or accept deliveries individually from their inbox. No delivery enters a patient's profile without their review.

  3. 3

You deliver the record or study

Upload the record or imaging study through your workspace. Recavora routes it to the patient's continuity inbox or imaging inbox.

  4. 4

    Patient reviews and accepts

The patient reviews the delivery and accepts it into their profile. It becomes part of their timeline — categorized, searchable, and shareable with future providers.

  5. 5

    Everything is logged

Recavora maintains a full activity log for every delivery — what was sent, by whom, when, and whether the patient accepted it. Immutable, auditable, always accessible to both sides.

Trusted Senders

Patients can designate your organization as a trusted sender in their Recavora settings. Once configured, deliveries from your workspace route directly to their inbox — without requiring individual authorization for each delivery.

Trusted Senders is how ongoing relationships between patients and their regular providers become frictionless over time.

Trust

Recavora's verification model is built on a clear principle: verification increases trust. It never grants access. A verified clinic is recognized as a legitimate healthcare organization — but verification alone does not allow any organization to view patient data without an explicit patient disclosure.

Verification ≠ Access

Being a verified organization signals legitimacy. It does not grant access to patient records.

Identity ≠ Permission

Knowing who you are is not the same as being permitted to view a record. Permission is patient-granted.

Organization ≠ Ownership

Patients own their records — including the ones your organization has contributed.

FAQ

Common questions

Does my clinic need to integrate with an API to use Recavora?
No. The continuity inbox and imaging delivery workflows do not require any API integration. Organizations contribute records through their workspace — no technical setup required to get started.
How does a patient authorize our clinic to deliver records?
Patients can add your organization as a trusted sender in their settings, or accept individual deliveries as they arrive. Every delivery goes to their inbox first — they review before it enters their profile.
Can we deliver imaging studies as well as documents?
Yes. Labs and clinics with verified workspace access can deliver both imaging studies (to the patient's imaging inbox) and documents (to the continuity inbox).
Who can see what our organization has contributed?
Patients can see the full history of what has been contributed to their profile and by whom. Your organization can see your own delivery activity log. Patients' other records are not visible to your organization through the contribution workflow.
How does professional verification work?
Individual professionals submit a verification request with their professional credentials. Recavora's admin team reviews the submission. Verified professionals are marked as such within the platform — which patients can see when reviewing sharing requests.
