Close my account
You can close your account and remove the records you own. Take a moment to read what happens, so the decision sits well with you.
Section 1
What Closing Means
What happens when you close
Your profile, the patients you own, their records and files, medications, reminders, share links, and notifications are released from Recavora's stewardship.
Keep a copy first
If you'd like to keep your continuity outside Recavora, export it before closing from Account settings.
Section 2
Continuity Effects
Continuity effects
Once completed, the request cannot be reversed. People you previously coordinated with will no longer see records you owned.
Guardian and shared continuity
If you are a guardian on someone else's profile, closing only ends your own access. Consider transferring stewardship before closing if you are the only owner.
Section 3
How It Works
How the process works
From Account settings you confirm the request, and we complete it after a brief review window.
Review window
The review window gives you time to reconsider before the request completes.
Section 4
Ready when you are
Take your time
Closing is a stewardship decision. There is no rush.
